Project

Kitchen Remodeling

Washington, DC

DETAILS

Prior to our design, this kitchen had a closed-off layout that was far from ideal. We knocked down the wall that was located where the peninsula now is, this allowed us to spread the kitchen out more as well as desegregating the living area from the kitchen.

2019

Prior to our design, this kitchen had a closed-off layout that was far from ideal. We knocked down the wall that was located where the peninsula now is, this allowed us to spread the kitchen out more as well as desegregating the living area from the kitchen. We kept the range, sink, and dishwasher locations the same. We shifted the fridge location further away from the range to allow room for tall J&K White shaker pantry cabinets. The black Miseno Bar-Style Cabinet Pulls provide a striking contrast against the white shaker doors. The Festival Bright White Ice Beveled Subway backsplash tile keeps things looking fresh and clean, without taking any beauty from the MSI Calacatta Laza Quartz countertops. This clean white kitchen is a look you can’t go wrong with!

Materials Used:

  • Cabinets: J&K Cabinetry – White Shaker

  • Backsplash: Festival Bright White Ice 4×10 Beveled Subway Ceramic Wall
  • Faucet: Delta Trinsic Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Magnetic Docking Spray Head
  • Cabinet Pulls: Miseno Center Bar-Style Cabinet Pull
